Books that have changed my life…📚

By now I think almost you’ll know that how demented I am for books… No matter the books have been published this year or years before or recently I will definitely read them or if not reading I will stock them for future hankering. It takes me almost 1 week or at least 2 months to read a book, totally depends upon the storyline and my daily life routine includes my school. I am a monogamist reader who likes to enjoy one book at a time…

Being a bibliomaniac I’ve been asked a several questions a lot of times almost like “which one is your favorite book amongst all that you have read up til now?” “which book is on top of your list?”“which author have inspired you the most?” so on and so forth…

For me choosing one book is totally a strenuous task. Every book nerd is same like me, I think so…🤓 as far as I am concerned, I like two books a lot that have totally changed my life. Those jinx are “Forty rules of love” by Elif Shafak and “Jannat Kay Pattay” by Nimra Ahmed. Both talks about Eternal love rather then worldly lusts.

In between 2k14 – 2k16 I had been facing major phase of depression and wanted to end my life as soon as possible. Reasons were worldly pleasures ( not that bad actually ), I’ve realized now but at that time those hurdles means a huge mountain that is shatterproof. Those manifestations includes worldly pleasures like living my life for other human beings. In the process of gaining their trust I was unable to find my self, doing a lot for others wholeheartedly and then unintentionally expecting too much from others and blaming myself for each and everything that I did and thinking that anything ever happened to others was just because of me…..These kinda stuff made me so sensitive to handle any sort of situation, a lot of questions had been aroused like “am I not enough for others…?” and most importantly by doing this why my worldly lusts had not been fulfilling? Why am I not feeling satisfied and relived?” In short I was living the black pages of life and my life became an upside down mess..

In 2016 someone suggested me to read Forty Rules of love and then after reading Suddenly everything had started changing. I’ve started seeing my life from totally different perspectives trust me.

Now, I know a lot of you have been thinking about by the name of this book that its about some kind of human love story and something like that. But let me disclose you that this triumph revolves around Mawlana Jalal-ud-Din Rumi ( Rehmat-ullah-Elay ) and his encounter with mystic Shams of Tabreez. How they met with each other and how Shams taught him about his Forty Rules that he had driven from his Sufi life. A spiritual journey about how to confront Almighty.

Several books that you’ll always catch on to in my book’s collection will be about Shams of Tabreez or Mawlana Jalal-ud-Din Rumi ( Rehmat-Ullah-Elayh ). One thing that I really like about Sufis is that they celebrates when one of their Compainion dies. They affix death with meeting of mortal with beloved Almighty.

Other books written by Elif Shafak are a must reads too, comprises; The Gaze, The Flea Palace, Three Daughters of Eve, Bastard Of Istanbul because I’ve found she is a magician who sprinkles mystic words with her wand. May be because she belongs to Turkey – Land of Sufis, my most favorite place on this earth…

On the contrary, Jannat Kay Pattay talks about personages who suffers, learns and changes. Who handle situations with patience, trust and be grateful wholeheartedly to Almighty at every inch of their lives. As Allah Pak says in Holy Quran “So verily, with every hardship there is ease.” twice in Surah Nashra

The story revolves around Haya and Jahan who are cousins and their families tied their knots in infancy. Jahan lives in Turkey and how Haya met Jahan through a bundle of sufferings and how she find blessings by remaining stood.

This books wasn’t suggested to me by anyone, It was a randome pick and trust me it was the second book that helped me to come out from the worst despair I was suffering from. Again I would say a must must read…

Anybody who asks me to suggest them books I always recommend JKP and Forty Rules of Love undoubtedly…These two masterpieces are a must read from my side. *Five starts definitely*. Because these are the books that changes lives…

Books; that have changed my life…📚

By now, I think almost you’ll know that how demented I am for books… No matter books have been published this year or years before or recently, I will definitely read them or if I am not reading I’ve definitely stocked for my future cravings. 😅 The time I take to read one book is totally depends upon the storyline of the book. Because there are two books that have almost changed my life unforeseeably and I’ve read them almost 2,3 times and long for again and again.

Those jinix are “Forty Rules of Love” by Elif Shafak and “Jannat Kay Pattay” by Nimra Ahmed. Both the books talks about not worldly but eternal love. How keeping faith on Almighty with full devotion can make difference in your life..

Then someone suggested me to read Forty Rules of Love and after reading this boom suddenly everything had changed. I started seeing life from totally different perspective. Okay, so I’m damn sure a lot of you have been thinking about by the name of this book that its kind of a love story or something like that. For your bewilderment let me disclose you that this master piece belongs to a spiritual journey of Mawlana Jalal-ud-Din Rumi ( Rehmat-Ullah-Elyh) and Shams of Tabreez. On the contrary, if we talk about Jannat Kay Pattay, this grandeur is for the people who suffers, Learns and changes. People who endure agony with patience, trust Almighty wholeheartedly and be grateful at every moment of their life. How Almighty blesses his beholden children after every trial… As Allah Pak says in his Holy Quran “So verily, with every difficulty, there is ease…”

Rumi’s Daughter…💫

The reason of failure while seeking the eternal peace is often the temporary lust……. as Mawlana Jalal-ud-Din Rumi said: “Stop acting so small. You are an entire universe in ecstatic motion.” At the time when you will start relying on Almighty wholeheartedly you will find your mind and soul relieved, satisfied, at ease and steady…… being whole within yourself….. A key to eternal happiness….

Just like the book Rumi’s Daughter by Muriel Murphy – a real story of a woman who for the sake of her husband’s happiness and will found God so near that she just left the world to encounter Almighty …. The book was about Mevlana Rumi’s daughter and her journey towards her destiny; it spoke, too, of the legendary friendship between Shams Tabriz the mystic and the academic turned ecstatic, Mevlana Rumi. A must read but after reading ‘Forty Rules of Love’ of my beloved by Elif Shafak for better understanding …. #MiiGardam 💫

Feelings of immigrants…

//For all those who leaves their hometown// “Who do, them understand”

Feelings that I wrote some time ago about my own experiences which I felt after migrating from my hometown… I thought to share it with y’all…

This is the psychology of every immigrant unfortunately… please if you can not welcome them then try a little to understand their emotional self. The fantasy to move from one place to another is totally different, where they are absolutely strangers is so delightful and delicious that their minds wallowed in so many good or bad images (you’ve made about your city).

Beaming rays of pure rage will cause them being obstinate and befriending with themselves instead of adjusting, becoming familiar and friendly with you’ll. Once they feel justifiable resentments, the world turns upside down and unreason negativities start appearing perfectly reasonable to them…. give them time, open your minds, stop criticising, teasing, taunting, sarcasting for loving their own place and people as they were used to do about that Paradise they lived in and those angles ( in their vision ) they lived with. Please understand the fact that all of a sudden everything is changed in their surroundings and they need sometime.

Stop playing with their psychodynamy, stop becoming their arch-enemy and start accepting them as they are with an open heart, give ’em some time. Trust me, they will be yours without a single question in their mind and a doubt in their poor soul, otherwise the result will be either they leave you and your beloved place with hatred, disappointments and consider you a nightmare, which leads to more hatred or probably they will become selfish, narcissistic, exasperating and insecure about everything in their lives. Now, it’s all up-to you what you do and how you behave with them…

Bliss of the Season – Mangoes

Mangoes are at the right place, in front of the right person and on the right time!! No matter whether mango is Alphonso, Chaunsa, Dasehri, Langhra, Keesar, Neelam type or in the form of Milkshake, Juice, Jelly or Toffees I will definitely priorities this over any other fruit because it has always been my most favourite. I remember two years before I had diagnosed with jaundice in between May till July and I was strictly prohibited to eat mangoes because it’s efficacy is warm in nature and is injurious for a jaundice patient… Can you imagine mangoes are on the table and you can smell this heaven but can’t eat… Can you imagine? Like really? But Allhamdulillah now I can eat as much mangoes as I want Allhamdulillah Ya RAB for this mercy… Aur aam khanay say motay thori hotay hain…😉😅 #Mangoes #Lover #Obsession #TisTheSeason❤ #Bliss #Hallelujah 💁🏻💃

Suno Chanda – Current Sensation…

#SunoChanda is coming to an end and I am so distress about it… But anyways, I am joyous that after so many years we have had a substantial time enjoying a standard comedy drama, not all of us, but yes most of us… I have been following #SunoChanda from the first day of Ramadan. I want to acknowledge Mr. @AhsonTalish for providing us with this amusement throughout the blessed month in 2k18.

Suno Chanda revolves around a family whose members include Grandmother called as #BiJan played by @SaminaAhmed, Her two heirs #JamshaidAli acted by @Farhan.Agha.90, Sohail Sameer as #NazakatAli, one daughter named #Masooma acted by @TaraMehmood.

Other family members comprises the absolutely amazing @NadiaAfghan aka #Shahana urf #Shanno urf #Channo urf #Jurmana is Jamshaid Ali’s wife who belongs to a Punjabi family and entertained us through her phenomenal dramaturgy and her lovely Punjabi accent. They both did love marriage and have a son named #Arsalan urf #Arsal urf #Sallu exceptionally played by @Farhan_Saeed.

On the contrary, Nazakat Ali is a namby-Pamby and married to his maternal cousin #Naeema acted by @FarahShah. They have two kids, elder one is @iiqraaziz aka #Jia and @SamiKhan as #Dj, the younger one.

While Masooma is married to a Pathan bhai the endearing #Jalal acted by @Tipu. They also had a love marriage. They have one daughter #MeesniKinza @MashalKhan.

Other characters are @MuhammadAhmed aka #AghaJi, @MiznaWaqas as #Albela urf #BilloBandri and @NabeelZuberi as #Shehryaar.

The drama begins with the Nikah ritual of Arsal and Jiya which was an aftermost wish of their Grandfather. They are supposed to get married on coming Eid. Do you think cousin’s marriage was the issue? No ways… Here includes a twist, they both doesn’t want to be in a relationship from the beginning. Reasons were Jiya wants to be a business woman while Arsal desires a replete desi wife.

Meanwhile Kinza have one sided affection towards Arsal and Shehryaar comes all the way from UK to attend #ArsalJiya’s marriage ceremony and fell in love with Jiya. How the hatred between Arsal and Jiya leads them towards love and they crave for eachother after loads of brawls and friendship moments. If you want to know, you have to watch the entire drama to entertain yourself extensively.

If we talk about the soundtrack of this spectacle, I’d say I’ve been following Farhan since #Adat and very much affectionate of his music. Like all his other songs, he totally rocked the ost. Track #SunoChanda is almost stuck in my head and I have been warbling it most of the time Consciously and instinctively…

As far as I am concerned, I love the character of Shannoo the most. How is it possible that Nadia Afghan plays a character and do not do justice with it equivalently. Her Punjabi accent and dailougues are bewildering, especially we all wait for her to say “nawa katta khul gaya jay…” Undoubtedly a brilliant and remarkable actor she is and has been my most favourite since my infancy.

On the other hand I love the chemistry between Arsal and Jiya. How conspicuous they look on the screen. Absolutely in love with both of them. Especially, Arsal is kind of a man who stands with her woman and speaks out in her favor, bluntly. That is what impressed me the most. Farhan Saeed have all the guts to be a sensational actor, I have no doubt about it.

While Samina Ahmed’s sarcasm and intelligence to handle all kinds of situations is blazing.🔥 Her and Agha Ji’s sweet and sour relationship is absolutely piquance. DJ is the cutest and adorable kid by far on the television. To be honest, I want to squeeze his cheeks.

All the characters in this serial are way beyond amazing and too perfect for their roles I can’t tell you even in words…

Do you guys watched this drama? If yes, then do let me know how you find it. If no, then what are you waiting for?? Go and watch all episodes as soon as possible…

“Conversation in Hell…”

It took me almost 1.5 months to read this master piece up. The reasons doesn’t include the book was boring or extended length wise but my final exams and Ramadan. I will definitely recommend every book nerd and History lover to read this book because it revolves around the lives of Mirza Asad Ullah Khan Ghalib and Saadat Hassan Manto and the incidents happened to both of them… The number of storm Dilli had to weather and the stories of sub continent’s partition and how the conflicts influenced their existence… For your surprise Manto and Ghalib are conversing in their graves after their death this is the reason the book has named #Dozakhnama – Conversation in Hell… It is also believed by some people that Saadat Hassan Manto has written this nama by himself and completed this at the day of his death… #amustread #HighlyRecommended #Manto #Ghalib #Book #Review #Triumph #Marvellous #Bibilophile 🤓 #FirstBlog #BlogPost #NewMember #Blogger
